How to use it
Fill in the yellow cells. Green cells calculate themselves.
Set the machine rate once per printer — it does not change until you buy
something new.
Then do one product at a time. Chapter 4 of the book walks through it
step by step.
The number it gives you
Profit per machine hour: (price − true cost − fees) ÷ print hours.
Under $1.00 an hour and you are subsidizing that product. Between $2.50 and
$5.00 is a healthy one. The book explains what to do at either end.
